“Besides Nashville, there are many small towns within 45 minutes with a good number of manufacturing companies. Murfreesboro is exploding. I get back once or twice a year, so I have some first-hand observation of the growth in that area. But I also know that Smyrna, Franklin, and Spring Hill are doing well.”
