The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is offering indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) long-term contracts for the manufacture of repair parts. DLA is looking for manufacturers who can offer competitive pricing and reduced production lead time for these important made-to-order items. The seminar will address features of this program, including "market baskets" of parts grouped by process and/or material, mix of low-demand and high-demand items, and long-term contracts. Time permitting, supplier input will be solicited.
