This seminar will cover V-Process aluminum casting technology and its advantages, pattern-making techniques and CNC machining of castings. Fundamental casting design and cost drivers for both prototype and production casting and machining requirements will be discussed. Applications to medical, automotive, instrumentation, computer, electronics, optics, and communications will be reviewed. All attendees will be given a “Design Considerations and Technical Data for V-Process Castings” guidebook.

This presentation will educate and inform the audience about the importance of ISO Certification required by most customers and needed for gaining competitive advantage and improving organizational performance. We will discuss the need for companies to attain ISO 9001 Registration for demonstrating conformity to the requirements of quality. QSSI will enlighten the audience on the availability of grant funding for ISO projects and outline the funding process. The audience will hear from peers about successes from using grant funding to pay for their ISO Projects. Recipient Companies will be given the means to expand, grow and compete in the global market.
