Northern Virginia - A Hot-Bed of High-Tech

Dulles Expo Center is located in the heart of Northern Virginiaís high-tech corridor in Fairfax County. In recent years Northern Virginia has become so filled with technology companies that it is often referred to as the "Silicon Valley of the Eastî.

According to TIME Magazine, "The region is home to more telecom and satellite companies than any other place on earth.î And just about every major aerospace company has a facility nearby, including Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems.
